You can have a simulated Kyudo experience at a mini Kyudo range, where the distance to the target is shorter than the usual 28m. From children aged 10 and over to adults, even those with no prior experience can experience the fun, excitement, exhilaration, and difficulty of Kyudo, a traditional Japanese martial art. There are no other places nationwide where you can easily experience Kyudo, making it a rare experience. You can shoot around 60 arrows. The sight of you putting on the kimono and shooting arrows will make for great social media posts and a great memory of your trip. Located a 15-minute walk from the Atomic Bomb Dome, it is easily accessible from the shopping complex on the grounds of Hiroshima Castle. - What to expect on the day - 1. Put on the Kyudo kimono and hakama 2. Put on the equipment, explanation and demonstration of the steps 3. Target practice 4.
