- ・Reservations may not be accepted due to other events or experiences. ・As you will be entering the factory, please refrain from eating fermented foods such as natto on the day of your visit. ・Please refrain from wearing strong-smelling items such as perfume. ・We cannot offer tastings to those who will be driving. Please use public transportation. ・You may be guided together with other customers. Please be aware of this. ・If you do not arrive at your reserved time, you may be asked to join midway or your reservation may be cancelled depending on arrangements with other customers. Please be aware of this. ・On the day of your visit, please speak to a Dogo Ichie staff member and make your payment at least 5 minutes before the start time.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
