Splügen Pass snowmobile tour from Madesimo in Italy

A visit to the famous Splügen Pass should not be missed during any visit to the region around Madesimo. The view from the pass over the Swiss and Italian Alps is fantastic and lets you look very far over the surrounding region. But the real highlight of this activity is of course the ride on a modern snowmobile. The ride will take you over freshly groomed slopes, where you can test the true speed of the vehicle. To make sure you get back safely at the end, the whole tour is accompanied by a professional guide.

The meeting point is in Madesimo, south of the Swiss border in Italy. Here you will meet your guide and receive your vehicle. At the beginning you will receive a detailed instruction and a safety briefing from your guide. He will also show you some tips for driving on the snow.

As soon as the instruction is over, the actual tour can start. During the next 1 to 1.5 hours you will drive up to the Splügen Pass and back. The ride takes you via Cava to the top of the pass. From the top you can enjoy a great view into the valley. After you have enjoyed the view, the ride goes back via Cava to Madesimo. There the tour ends and you say goodbye to your guide.
