What You Can Expect
1 Day
- 09:009:00 AM meeting to 11:30 AM finish. This course is designed for beginners, so you can feel at ease. Please be punctual. Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to join the tour. In such cases, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the participation fee will not be refunded.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the event may be canceled or its content changed depending on the weather.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Lockers, showers, and changing rooms are only available during the swimming season, from July 1st to August 31st.
Other special notes:
- We recommend purchasing accident insurance (¥500), but the decision to purchase it is entirely up to you.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 6 to 100 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. (Even if you don't capsize, your bottom and arms will get wet.) During hot weather, treat it like swimming in the sea. However, don't forget sun protection. Also, depending on the weather, it can get chilly, so please bring a windbreaker or raincoat just in case. Other items to bring include shoes or sports sandals that you don't mind getting wet (going barefoot is dangerous), a hat, a change of clothes, drinks, rain gear or something similar, sunglasses, etc.
Regarding rental equipment: We will provide the complete kayaking set (kayak, paddle, and life jacket).

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
