Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Generally, tours will be held if there is only light rain, but they will be cancelled if the river overflows or heavy rain is forecast. If the tour is cancelled, we will contact you around 7pm the day before. If you are planning to travel from the night before, please let us know in advance. There may be times when the tour is unavoidably cancelled on the day due to weather conditions, etc. In these cases, the participation fee will be fully refunded, but please note that you will be responsible for all costs to get to the site.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Participants must be healthy and aged 10 or over (4th grade or older) and under 66 years old. Please contact us if you are elderly. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Those under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women, or those with injuries or chronic illnesses that would impede their health from participating in sports cannot participate. ・Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled on the day.
Other important points to note:
- ・For elementary school children, we will provide stronger staff support, so please note that elementary school children may not be able to participate on busy dates. ・Wetsuit fittings will be mixed-gender. If you are embarrassed to wear a swimsuit in public, please bring leggings, a T-shirt that you don't mind getting wet, a rash guard, etc.!

What to wear and bring: ▼Required ● Swimsuit [If you have sensitive skin (e.g., sensitive to synthetic fibers or neoprene), or if you're embarrassed to wear a swimsuit in public, please bring leggings, a T-shirt you don't mind getting wet, a rash guard, etc.!] ● Towel ● Disposable contact lenses and a spare (goggles are also recommended for contact lens protection) ▼Optional ● Sandals (useful for walking to and from the changing room) ● Sunscreen ● Waterproof camera (however, we are not responsible for any damage) ● Plastic bag (for wet items) Note: After the tour, you will remove your wetsuit and travel to the hot springs (optional) in your swimsuit. Wetsuit fittings will also be mixed-gender.
Rental equipment: wetsuit top and bottom, life jacket, helmet, walking shoes, gloves
Duration: Approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes from meeting to dismissal. Canyoning experience time is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.

- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor.
