Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0ā1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTA
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelaciĆ³n confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor. Espere de 2 a 5 dĆas hĆ”biles para procesar su solicitud de cancelaciĆ³n, tras lo cual se cobrarĆ” la tarifa de cancelaciĆ³n segĆŗn la polĆtica del producto. Una vez confirmada la cancelaciĆ³n, recibirĆ” su reembolso en un plazo de 14 dĆas hĆ”biles.
