- Payment Method *If you wish to pay on-site for unavoidable reasons, please contact us. Additional Fees Additional fees for Kyobashi and Shitennoji classes vary depending on the day and time of the week. The additional fee for Kyobashi and Shitennoji classes is 1,000 to 2,000 yen. The additional fee for Honmachi classes is 1,000 to 2,000 yen. The additional fee for Kyoto Uji classes is 1,000 yen per person, and 2,000 yen if there is only one person participating in the experience. Classroom Experiences (Advance registration required) 1. - Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
