  • This pottery class is designed for children. The hand-building method allows for fun, similar to playing with clay. Children's imaginations are limitless, allowing them to create figurines of their favorite characters, cups, and tea bowls. Use your child's unique creativity and sensitivity to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Optionally, you can paint your creations or add multiple colors to a single piece. Same-day reservations are accepted! Pottery classes are available in English on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Notes for participating in this course:

  • * A separate firing fee applies. (Approx. 1,000 JPY for a teacup, approx. 1,500–2,500 JPY for a rice bowl) * Finished works can be picked up at the store after firing or shipped. For shipping, please pay the delivery fee on the day of the experience. * You may add an extension for 1,700 JPY, a trimming experience for 3,400 JPY, or a painting experience for 3,400 JPY. Please let us know if you are interested.

Other special notes:

  • * We can accommodate groups of up to 17 people. * Family discount available! You will receive 10% off the tuition fee.

Remarks:

  • ■ Regarding accompanying guardians ■ On weekends and holidays, an accompanying fee of 1,700 JPY/person is charged. If participating as a family, you will receive 10% off the tuition fee. (Please select the separate family experience plan.) 【Regarding the pottery experience plan with pets】 Please note that there may be pets in cages or carts inside the store. Includes/Excludes

  • Experience fee, material costs *You can make as many pieces as you like by hand within an hour.
  • *A separate firing fee applies. Length x width x height x 1.5 yen (teacup: approximately 1,000 yen, rice bowl: approximately 1,500 yen). *You can either hand your piece over to the store after it's finished firing, or have it shipped. If you choose to have it shipped, please pay the shipping fee on the day of the experience. *It usually takes about four weeks to complete.

  • What to wear and bring: We will provide tools, aprons, etc., but please be aware that clay may stain your clothes. Please wear clothes that can be washed.

All of our experiences are conducted simultaneously with other customers. * If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a no-show, and the full cancellation fee will be charged. * If you are late for your experience, we cannot extend the experience time. * If you are late for your experience, we will not be able to provide the usual explanations regarding fees and how to use the electric pottery wheel. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
