Don't worry if you are not flexible for beach yoga. We will proceed with the lesson at a slow pace, starting with simple poses and matching your breathing rhythm. Our stand-up paddleboard experience is held in small groups to ensure safety and to share the charm of the sport. Please enjoy a stroll on the sea while looking at Mt. Fuji and Enoshima.

What should I wear? Ever Resort provides free clothing for program participants. You only need to bring your swimsuit; in the summer, we recommend a combination of a long-sleeved quick-dry shirt and leggings for sun protection.
