- Choice. Choose your favorite color fabric, flower shape, and metal fittings. (Two small flowers or one multi-petaled flower)
- Making the base. Make the base on which the petals will be placed.
- Pinch. Now it's time to pinch the petals. Fold the fabric with tweezers and arrange it on the glue board.
- Thatching. The act of laying pinched cloth on a base is called thatching.
