Let's make ramen from scratch! This is a unique cooking experience where you will learn to make a special Jiro-style ramen from scratch. We will prepare the broth, toppings, and make fresh noodles. The grand finale will be preparing and making your own ramen. You'll be able to learn the very special secret of making delicious ramen on your own and take home the recipe to recreate it yourself. Duration: approx. 2 hours Schedule: 12:20 – Meeting time 12:30 - 13:30 Cooking class 13:30 - Tasting time Note: This tour does not include the Akihabara walking tour. If you wish to join the Akihabara walking tour along with this ramen making experience, please book the tour titled "Ramen Making Experience: Entirely From Scratch! + Supermarket."
