Regarding the cancellation of the event:

The tour will proceed even in the rain if safety can be ensured. Except for special weather conditions such as typhoons, the tour will generally proceed in rainy weather. However, field conditions can change due to various factors other than rain, such as wind and waves. If we determine that the field cannot be made safe on the day due to these factors, we may cancel the tour even if it is sunny. Please understand this. In the event of a tour cancellation, we will contact you.

Important notes regarding course participation:

・Meeting and disbanding times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour with information on the meeting place and time. ・The tour will proceed even in the rain.
