- One-way pick-up and drop-off service includes a free 30-minute wait. After 30 minutes, the service will be charged at 5000 yen/hour for 7-14 seats and 10000 yen/hour for 21 seats (payment on-site).

This is a one-way pick-up and drop-off service; if you require round-trip pick-up and drop-off, please book separately.
When making a reservation, please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limit and ensure that you provide the number of passengers, luggage, luggage size, number of baby seats, etc. If the reservation information does not meet the requirements, the store reserves the right to make changes.
Reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the departure date.

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTA
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor.
