Purchase Notice
Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: We will prepare rental equipment for you, so please provide the following information for all participants: ① Age ② Gender ③ Height ④ Weight or clothing size (e.g., S, M, L) ⑤ Shoe size (e.g., 22, 23, 24 cm, etc.).
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the diving location may change or your reservation may be cancelled even after it has been confirmed due to weather or sea conditions.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- If your flight is canceled due to natural disasters or other reasons, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
Includes/Excludes
- Guide fee, equipment rental fee, and photographs taken.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 6 to 59 years old
Clothing and belongings: Swimsuit, towel, sandals, drinks <Useful items to bring> Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat Please wear your swimsuit on the day of the event.
Regarding rental equipment: Complete set of equipment (free of charge)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
