Regarding tour cancellations:

• *Please be sure to check Depending on seasonal winds and sea conditions, we may not be able to visit the Blue Cave. In such cases, we will guide you to a different spot focused on fish and coral, so please understand this in advance. If the tour cannot be held even after changing the spot, it will be canceled. If the sea is rough, we may contact you, so please ensure your phone is reachable on the day before and the day of the tour. If you are worried, please contact us.

If it is discovered on the day of the tour and we have to refuse your participation, a full cancellation fee will be charged. Please check in advance. Heart, brain, or lung diseases Arrhythmia, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, high blood pressure, acute respiratory infections (pneumonia, bronchitis), Extreme obesity (BMI 35 or higher, weight 110kg or more), physical, intellectual, or mental disabilities, phobias such as claustrophobia, agoraphobia, acrophobia, or scotophobia, Eardrum perforation, Meniere's disease, nasal obstruction (nasal polyps, deviated septum), tuberculosis (including cases where cavities remain in the lungs), Back or limb injuries/disabilities, arthritis, myositis, rheumatoid arthritis, pregnancy, or those currently taking medication. • ◆ Regarding eyesight Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be used underwater. We have prescription masks available for rent for ¥500. Available from -0.01 to -0.3! If you would like one, please tell our staff at the shop on the day. Those using soft contact lenses can wear them while using a standard mask. ◆ If we cannot visit the Blue Cave Due to seasonal winds or sea conditions, we may suddenly be unable to visit the Blue Cave. In that case, we will guide you to a different spot focused on fish and coral, so please understand this in advance. ◆ In case of cancellation In the event of rough seas or typhoons, the tour may be canceled. While we may be able to call you in advance, there is a possibility of sudden cancellation due to changing sea conditions. Please understand this in advance. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, so please rest assured. Additionally, if our staff determines that they cannot guarantee safety due to skill or health reasons, the tour may be canceled.
