The period from 9/24 (inclusive) to 10/6 (inclusive) is the peak travel season for the Mid-Autumn Festival/National Day. Hotels in the town may be located in either the Pinnacles or Geraldton, subject to actual availability. Please do not book if you mind this arrangement. We guarantee that the hotel star rating, the number of attractions, and the sightseeing time will remain unchanged.

Hotel Introduction:

1 night at a 3-star hotel in Geraldton: Geraldton Hospitality Inn. A popular 3-diamond hotel in the center of the Pink Lake town. It belongs to a well-known local Australian chain brand and is equipped with room service. The rooms are air-conditioned and provide comfortable bedding. 

1 night at Cervantes Pinnacle Motel: Located within the Nambung National Park, it is the most cost-effective accommodation choice for stargazing at the Pinnacles. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with air conditioning, and provide comfortable bedding. It also thoughtfully provides a microwave, perfect for instant noodle lovers! We only operate pure sightseeing small groups and select 3-diamond hotels in the town center, balancing comfort and cost-effectiveness. (Please note that many 3-star hotels in the town are located near the interstate highway, with 'Highway' in their addresses; please verify accordingly.)

Booking Notes:

1. This is a relaxed sightseeing tour, not a professional astronomical lecture or expedition.

2. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a warm jacket (please prepare gloves, scarves, and hats according to your personal needs).

3. Please be prepared to bring your own binoculars and your favorite stargazing app to enhance your travel experience.

4. The exact stargazing time is subject to weather/moon phases on the day; the driver will arrange it based on actual conditions.

5. Due to severe or extreme weather, tour time may be shortened; no fee reduction or refund will be provided.

6. If stargazing results are affected by severe or extreme weather, no fee reduction or refund will be provided.

7. Rooms in the town are assigned randomly by the hotel. Most room types feature a large and a small bed (1 double bed + 1 single bed). Three people sharing one room must use the existing bed configuration (no extra beds available). Please understand that during peak season, guests of the same gender may need to share one double bed (with 2 quilts).

8. There are no elevators in the town hotels. Luggage can be kept on the vehicle, but guests must carry it themselves (up to 1 floor).

9. Due to the long distances between attractions in Western Australia, pregnant women, children under 4 years old, and seniors over 75 are not recommended to join group tours. Please consult customer service to customize a private charter car for an itinerary that suits you.

10. The itinerary schedule is for reference only and is subject to the actual tour. Without reducing the number of attractions or sightseeing time, the local operator reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary based on weather, road conditions, and objective force majeure factors on the day.

11. The local travel agency will not be held responsible or provide refunds for any missed attractions due to missed flights, flight cancellations, or flight delays. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
