We source fresh, unfrozen raw innards every day. Each one is carefully hand-washed and polished with love, resulting in a shiny, plump delicacy. There is no unpleasant odor, and you can enjoy the concentrated flavor. Among our various menu items, we are proud of our Nagoya soul food, "Miso Tonchan," which is ordered by most of our customers. Its light, unobtrusive flavor goes perfectly with alcohol!

The restaurant has an appealing atmosphere reminiscent of a Tokyo pub, and is equipped with counter and table seating. The tables are close together, so we can accommodate large groups! Of course, small groups are also welcome. Although it is a hormone restaurant, it is a clean space where you can relax without worrying about smoke. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
