- Infants and toddlers under 24 months of age can ride for free. Please bring documents verifying their age. (Photocopies and photos are acceptable.)

The quantity of fireworks provided may vary depending on on-site weather and operational conditions.
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
Due to the congested traffic in the Haeundae area, we ask that those with reservations arrive at the designated location 30 minutes early to avoid any delays. Late arrivals will not be waited.
As traffic conditions may be congested on site, we recommend using public transportation.
Please note that refunds and schedule changes are not possible for no-shows or late arrivals on the day.
Due to inclement weather, your reservation may be canceled even just before departure on the day of reservation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund without a cancellation fee. Please note this when using the service.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
