① Regarding health management: Please participate in good health on the day of the event. If you have a fever, fatigue, or feel unwell, please do not force yourself to attend and contact us.
If you have any allergies (especially those related to food), please be sure to inform us in advance.
② Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear comfortable clothing that can move around in and can withstand some dirt and sweat (pants and sneakers are recommended).
We will lend you necessary equipment such as helmets and gloves, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
Depending on the season, please also prepare for cold or heat (hats, sunscreen, rain gear, etc.).
Please bring a towel, a drink for hydration, and your health insurance card (or a copy thereof).
③ About e-bikes
E-bikes are electric-assist bicycles that are easy to operate, but safety training is provided by a guide before use.
For your safety, please follow traffic rules and avoid reckless driving.
④ Rain Policy: The event will proceed in light rain, but depending on the weather conditions, parts of the course may be changed or the event may be canceled.
In case of cancellation, the organizers will contact you the day before or the morning of the event.
⑤ Regarding insurance, all tour participants are covered by basic accident insurance.

About a 2-minute walk from the Himeji Station South Exit, along the Shinkansen elevated tracks to the right (west side).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
