Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will generally proceed rain or shine, but there may be cases where the tour is canceled due to the river conditions caused by the weather before or after the tour. We will not compensate for travel expenses or other expenses even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・You will be asked to sign a consent form before participating in the tour. ・The tour is suitable for ages 3 and up, but the criteria for determining whether a child is able to sit quietly rather than their age is their ability to do so. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Also, participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have a consent form, so please let us know when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
