- Experience rafting on the Shisorapuchi River (also known as the Sorachi River) with high-quality equipment and professional guides at the best affordable price. This is a very popular river for rafting in Furano, Minamifurano, and Tomamu. Recommended for couples, friends, and families. Accessible from Tomamu (17km), Furano Station (51km), and Roadside Station Minamifurano or Montbell Minamifurano (12km). Our Earth Outdoor Tour team will do our best to make your summer vacation fun and wonderful. Meeting Point: 194-2 Ochiai, Minamifurano-cho, Sorachi-gun, Hokkaido. Meeting Time: Morning tour 9:15-9:25, Afternoon tour 13:30-13:40. Change clothes, put on rafting gear, and move to the starting point. Time: Morning tour 10:15-10:30, Afternoon tour 14:15-14:30. Have a great time with your family and friends. We will do our best to ensure you have a 100% safe and fun time. Play in some of Japan's cleanest water and create wonderful memories of your Furano/Tomamu tour. You will spend about 1 hour and 30 minutes on the river, though this may vary depending on water levels. Dismissal time is 12:00-12:30 for the morning tour and 16:15-16:45 for the afternoon tour, though this may vary depending on water levels and the number of participants. Rafting Preparation Guide Clothing: • Quick-drying clothes that can get wet • Warm and comfortable layers that are easy to move in during colder seasons (May to mid-June, mid-September to October) • All necessary rafting equipment (dry suits, life jackets, helmets) will be provided by us What to bring: • Change of clothes (in case you get wet) • Towel (if you have one) • Sunscreen (if you have it) Can I wear glasses while rafting? Yes! Please let our staff know if you are wearing glasses or sunglasses. We provide free straps to prevent them from falling off. I cannot swim, can I still participate? Of course! We provide certified life jackets to everyone, and our professional guides will explain safety procedures in detail. Even those who cannot swim enjoy rafting safely every season. Is it safe for small children and the elderly? Yes! We prioritize safety: • Carefully selected river courses for families • Trained guides who can accommodate all ages and fitness levels Is it also fun for adults who want to enjoy intense rafting? Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will be held even in rainy weather, but if danger is expected due to rising water levels, the tour may be canceled for the safety of our guests.

Participant age: 5 to 85 years old
About clothing and belongings: Please bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
Regarding rental equipment: Rafting includes drysuits or wetsuits for adults and children, life jackets, helmets, shoes, and paddles. If possible, please let us know your shoe size when you apply. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
