Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be cancelled if the water level exceeds the standard set by our company or due to strong winds, but this only happens 2-3 days a year. Please make your reservation with the understanding that the tour will proceed even in rainy weather.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. ・Those over 190cm tall or weighing over 100kg are not permitted to participate. ・Those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those deemed by the guide to be in an intoxicated state, are not permitted to participate. ・The amount of data for photos and videos taken will vary depending on the tour situation. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
