  • All activities are included and optional. You can stay on the boat and relax instead of joining outdoor activities.
  • Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather, high tide levels, and operating conditions. Unused services are not subject to a refund
  • Travelers with conditions such as pregnancy, heart disease, asthma, or any health issues that may worsen with physical activity should not participate.
  • Wi-Fi connection is available on board but has limited internet connectivity throughout the cruise due to karst limestones and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites

Surcharges

  1. A surcharge applies for pick-up locations outside the designated city zone.
  2. Additional fees may apply for language-specific tour guides or customized requests.
  3. Overtime charges apply if the activity exceeds the stated duration.
  4. Public holiday or peak season surcharges may apply and will be notified upon booking.
  5. Two adults are entitled to one child free of charge. From the second child onwards, the fare is 75% of the adult price, sharing the same bed with the parents.
  6. Two adults can accompany one child aged 5–9 (charged at the child rate). A second child aged 5–9 will be charged as an adult.
