- The SIM card has been activated successfully
- The location of use does not meet the signal requirements
- The mobile device has customized settings that prevent the use of some or all features of the SIM card
- The mobile device is network locked or SIM locked
- The buyer is dissatisfied with the internet speed or quality (due to network strength at the location, due to the customer's device not meeting requirements, etc.)
- Other reasons after the SIM card has been activated
- The buyer does not contact the provider when a product issue occurs

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
