Please select your preferred date and tee time to book.
- When booking, please enter the English names of all participants as they appear on their passports.
Once your booking request is received, we will check the real-time golf course tee time availability and proceed with the final booking as follows:
🔴 If your selected golf tee time is available
👉 The final booking for the golf course and tee time will be processed. Please note that the following cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course policy. (Please refer to this when booking.)
🔵 If your selected golf tee time is unavailable
👉 We will notify you of alternative available golf tee times via text message or notification service.
👉 If you wish to use the alternative tee time provided, please confirm within 10 minutes. (Due to real-time booking, confirmation after 10 minutes may not be possible.)
👉 Once you confirm the golf tee time, the final booking will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

● This reservation is valid for 18 holes.
● The minimum number of people that can make a reservation is 2.
● When making a reservation, please enter the English names on the passports of all guests.
● After reservation, tea time confirmation and customer service will be provided in Korean (Korean nationality) or English (other nationalities).
● The tea time we provide is a real-time reservation. You must reply within 10 minutes to confirm your reservation.
● Please check in 30 minutes prior to your tee time on the golf course day. Please present your passport (for all companions) when checking in at the golf course.
● Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
● When playing with two people, you may be joined by another team, and solo play by two people cannot be guaranteed.
● The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
● The reserved tee time may be changed or run early or late without prior notice due to the golf course's operating policy and local circumstances (especially during the peak winter season at Southeast Asian golf courses, tee-off times may be slightly delayed). Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
● If the customer is unable to proceed with the round due to personal circumstances, refunds and postponements are not possible.
[Cancellation and Refund Information]
Business days including cancellation refund: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellations outside of business hours will incur cancellation fees based on the next business day.
We are a communications sales intermediary for golf reservation services, and the seller is responsible for the use of golf services.
[Information on rain and natural disasters]
Golf courses generally proceed with rounds even in rainy weather.
In most cases, rainstorms temporarily provide shelter and allow play to continue. Therefore, unlike in Korea, pre-emptive cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not permitted.
Please be sure to follow the operating policies of each golf course (e.g. rain coupons, etc.) after purchase.
