Located in the atrium on the 7th floor of Grandview Mall in the heart of Guangzhou's Tianhe business district, Grandview Penguin Ice and Snow World covers an area of 5,000 square meters. It is the first indoor ice and snow park in China to feature real ice, real snow, and real penguins.
Step into a world of -10℃ real ice and snow, visit the 700㎡ indoor ice lake—the largest in South China—as a photo spot, admire the romantic falling snow under the aurora, experience the baptism of a real polar blizzard, slide down the nearly 200-meter-long combined slide (the longest indoor slide in South China), interact and take photos with the adorable penguin snow elves, and visit the 5-meter giant viral snowman as a photo spot... - Ticket Standards -
- Adult Ticket: Applicable to visitors with a height of 1.5 meters or above.
- Child Ticket: Applicable to 1 child between 1 meter and 1.5 meters in height or aged 3 to 12. Must be accompanied by an adult; children are not allowed to enter alone.
- Concession Ticket: Applicable to seniors aged 65 and above.
- Student Ticket: Applicable to 1 student holding a valid full-time primary, secondary, or university student ID.
- 1 Adult & 1 Child Family Ticket: Applicable to 1 adult visitor with a height of 1.5 meters or above + 1 child between 1 meter and 1.5 meters in height or aged 3 to 12 entering together.
- 2 Adults & 1 Child Family Ticket: Applicable to 2 adult visitors with a height of 1.5 meters (inclusive) or above + 1 child between 1 meter (inclusive) and 1.5 meters (exclusive) in height or aged 3 (inclusive) to 12 (exclusive) entering together.

- Due to the special nature of the ice and snow area, it is recommended to wear non-slip sports shoes.

- Opening Hours on Holidays and Weekends: 10:00-22:00 (Last entry at 21:30)
- Opening Hours on Weekdays: 11:00-20:00 (Last entry at 19:30)
- The park visit is limited to 2.5 hours. Overtime fees will be charged at 1 yuan per minute (subject to on-site notification).
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above who has purchased a ticket.
- Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above, individuals weighing over 90 kg, and pregnant women are not recommended to enter. If they choose to enter, they must sign a 'Disclaimer' before admission.
- Please fill in your ID information truthfully when placing the order.
- Admission Method: Present your original ID card at the park's ticket gate and scan it for verification (To improve the visitor experience and ensure safe, orderly, and fast entry, the park implements an entry policy requiring the original valid second-generation Resident Identity Card for Mainland China residents. On the day of the visit, visitors must carry the original valid second-generation Resident Identity Card that matches the order, and entry is only permitted after the person and the ID are verified. Please ensure that the ID information of the visitor/user provided during booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any inability to verify, enter, or any losses caused by false or incorrect information provided will be borne by the user. For child visitors, please book using the ID information of the accompanying adult and enter the park together with that adult. If your ID is not a second-generation Resident Identity Card for Mainland China residents (e.g., Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, passport, etc.), you must fill in the true and valid ID information when purchasing the ticket. On the day of the visit, bring the original valid ID used for booking to the park's customer service center to register your facial information, then present the original valid ID and relevant vouchers at the park entrance to scan your face for entry).
