Come experience the thrilling experience while exploring the wonders of Isla Nublar amidst a herd of virtual animatronic dinosaurs and simulated scenes inspired by the spectacular scenes in the movie Jurassic World.

- Operating Hours & Ticket Conditions:
- Off-Peak Ticket: Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM, excluding Thailand’s public holidays (last admission at 3:30 PM)
- Peak Ticket: Monday to Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last admission at 9:00 PM), and from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends and Thailand’s public holidays - This experience is suitable for visitors of all ages, especially children. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or above
- Tickets allow for ONE single entry only as The Experience is a one-way journey, and guests will not be allowed to re-enter The Experience once guests exit The Experience
- Guests holding an Off-Peak ticket who arrive after 4:00 PM will be required to pay a late-arrival surcharge of approximately THB 250 per person, as admission will be considered under Peak ticket hours. To avoid the surcharge, we recommend arriving at the pick-up point slightly earlier to ensure a smooth journey

Asiatique The Riverfront is conveniently located on Charoenkrung Road along the Chao Phraya River. You can reach Asiatique by:
- BTS + Free Shuttle Boat: Take the BTS Skytrain to Saphan Taksin Station (Silom Line), Exit 2. From there, walk to the pier and take the free shuttle boat to Asiatique (operates daily from late afternoon until night). Boats are scheduled every 30 minutes; however, actual arrival times may vary depending on daily traffic conditions
- Taxi or Private Car: Simply search “Asiatique The Riverfront” on your GPS or ride-hailing app
- Public Bus: Several buses including routes 1, 15, 75, and 504 stop near Charoenkrung Road, close to Asiatique The Riverfront Destination
As Bangkok traffic can be unpredictable, we recommend arriving at the pick-up point a little earlier to ensure a smooth journey

- Ticket is valid for (Age is calculated according to date of birth shown in the identification card for Thai people or shown in the passport for foreigners):
- Adult: Applicable for guests aged 11 years old and above (aged 11 - 17 must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 above as adult ticket holder)
- Child: Applicable for guests aged 3 years old to below 11 years old. Children must always be accompanied by an adult guest aged 18 and above ticket holder
- The accompanying adult/ guardian acknowledges and agrees to these ticket and admission terms and conditions - The operating hours of The Experience is subject to change without prior notice

- Lost Tickets or damage ticket(s) will not be replaced or refunded
- Tickets shall not be used for giveaway or promotional purposes, unless approved in writing by AARC
- By entering The Experience, guests do so at their own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred, including from interactions with attractions, animals, or other guests. Guests agree to indemnify and hold AARC (and its affiliates, directors, staff, and representatives) harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their visit. Entry confirms that guests have read, understood, and accepted these terms
- Guests consent to the filming or recording and use of guests’ image, photograph, video and/or other recording by AARC or its appointed vendor for marketing and promotional purposes
- AARC reserves the right to dismiss guests with unruly or disruptive behavior, from The Experience
- Strictly no outside food or beverages are permitted at the Experience (except water for baby)
- Prohibited Items: For the safety of all guests and the exhibit, the following items are strictly prohibited:
- Objects that may pose a risk, including long sticks, knives, selfie sticks, and tripods
- Smoking or vaping
- Pets
- Food or beverages (except water for young children)
- Weapons, items resembling weapons, and anything that could be used as a weapon are strictly forbidden
- Drones
- Mobility Equipment: Motorized or wheeled mobility equipment like skate-scooters, in-line skates, rollerblades, bicycles, and Segways (unless used as an ADA mobility device) are not permitted
- Accessories: Items like sunglasses are not allowed to be used inside the Experience due to safety concerns - Health Warning: The Experience includes flashing lights, fog, loud noises, and realistic moving robotic dinosaurs, which may not be suitable for guests with health conditions such as epilepsy or heart problems. Please use discretion when attending
- Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants are not permitted to enter The Experience
- Dinosaur Interaction: For safety reasons, please refrain from touching any dinosaurs unless explicitly instructed by staff. The animatronic dinosaurs are mechanical and may pose a hazard. There will be designated opportunities to interact with smaller dinosaurs under staff supervision

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
