Five-seater car: NT$250 within 30 minutes, additional NT$500 per hour will be charged for more than 30 minutes; please pay to the driver on site
Nine-seater car: NT$350 within 30 minutes, additional NT$700 per hour will be charged after 30 minutes; please pay to the driver on site

Out-of-scope service fee
If the product is not within the established pick-up and delivery range, you can contact customer service to confirm the amount of supplementary payment required for the pick-up/drop-off location, and pay the difference to the driver on site
Night service fee
Departing before 07:00 or ending after 22:00, an additional "night service fee" of NT$300 will be charged. Please pay cash directly to the driver on the day of the trip.

Please enter the designated address or hotel name for the pick-up and drop-off location within the region of the itinerary. If a fare difference is required due to a long distance, you will be notified separately to pay the fare difference.
Please refer to the "Instructions for the number of passengers and luggage" to select a suitable car model. If the actual number of people and baggage exceeds the number registered in the reservation, and if the excess number of people and baggage cannot be carried, the driver has the right to refuse to provide service without refund.
If you are traveling with children under 4 years old when using this service, please place an order when ordering to facilitate the arrangement of a child safety seat. If the customer fails to inform when making a reservation or expresses no need for it, and is stopped by the police and issued a traffic ticket or a traffic accident causes damage to passengers, the customer must bear the responsibility.
For additional fare items (child safety seat requirements, car overtime, night service fees, etc.), please pay cash to the driver on the day of departure.
Due to vehicle arrangement considerations, if you want to change the time/reservation information, you must inform us 7 days (inclusive) before the original reservation date. If you do not notify us before the change can be accepted, the reserved pick-up information cannot be changed. Please be informed.

- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
