• Halong Bay Cruise Cancellation
  Halong Bay cruises may be cancelled due to local weather and conditions.
  ⑴ If the flight is cancelled on the day before departure or the morning of departure, before the hotel pick-up, we will change the itinerary to include Hoa Lu Trang An sightseeing. In this case, we will contact you by email.
  
  ⑵If the bus is cancelled after departing from Hanoi, you will have lunch on the docked cruise ship before returning to Hanoi.

[Regular Cruise (4-hour course) Notes]

A Japanese-speaking guide will accompany you throughout the tour. However, if the total number of people participating in the tour from our company on that day is 2-4 adults, the car and boat will be shared with the English tour.

  A: Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. The tour will include a sea kayaking experience, so if you would like to try it, please bring a swimsuit and towel. *You will be guided to a changing area. *Your pants may get wet during the sea kayaking experience.
  
• Q: Where can I experience kayaking/rowing?
  A: The kayaking experience location is around Luong Cave.
• Q: What precautions should I take when sightseeing by sea kayak or rowboat?
  A: Both sea kayaks and rowboats are free of charge. 1) Rowboats can carry up to four people, so your pants won't get wet. For those who aren't very active or who want to take it easy, we recommend a bamboo boat, where a local person paddles the boat. 2) Kayaks require you to row yourself, so it can be a bit difficult if you're not physically fit. Sea kayaks are for two people, so your pants will get wet, so we recommend bringing a change of clothes. You can leave your luggage on the boat's chair and leave your cell phone, camera, etc. with the Japanese-speaking guide, but you'll need to bring your own wallet.
