If you are unable to pick up at the counter, it is not recommended to purchase this product.

- Most smartphones will automatically complete the mobile Internet settings after the SIM card is installed.
- If you can access the Internet normally after inserting the SIM card, please ignore the following settings.
- If you still cannot access the Internet after restarting, please refer to the following settings
【iPhone】
- Settings > Turn on mobile data > Turn off <Enable LTE
- Settings > Turn on mobile data > Turn on data roaming > Go to mobile data network > Create a new APN

【Android Settings】(Due to the large number of Android phones, the settings may be slightly different)

Please provide the paper voucher printed by the counter staff according to the date selected when placing the order, or use your mobile phone to show the QR code on the KKday electronic voucher to redeem the product
Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
