• AIRSIM will be sent to you via surface mail. We will ship the AIRSIM within 3 working days, and local delivery in Hong Kong takes 2-4 working days. Surface mail is free of charge. Please note that customers bear the risk of loss for surface mail, and there is no tracking number available for this shipping method.
• If you require SF Express delivery within Hong Kong, please specify this when placing your order. Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery (approximately HK$30). SF Express delivery takes 1-2 working days. (For details, please refer to http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/).
• Customers may also choose to pick up the card in person at the AIRSIM Causeway Bay Service Center or the AIRSIM Shatin Shek Mun Office. After placing and successfully paying for your order, you can collect the card using your KKday order number.

Remarks:

1. Before each trip, simply select your destination, data volume, and duration in the app. Upon arrival, insert the card and turn on Data Roaming to get online within 3 minutes.

2. AIRSIM is only suitable for mobile phones or tablets like iPads and cannot be used in WiFi eggs. You may use your phone or tablet for data tethering.

3. Except for 24/48-hour data packages, data usage is calculated based on Hong Kong time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 per day. Any partial day is counted as a full day. The validity of 24/48-hour data packages is calculated from the moment the data service is activated for 24/48 consecutive hours.

4. As most overseas mobile network operators have a Fair Usage Policy, we recommend that customers disable automatic software updates on their phones and use free WiFi when high data traffic is required.

5. AIRSIM provides mobile data services only and does not support SMS. However, by downloading and using the AIRTALK ROAM mobile app, you can make calls to local and domestic numbers. After setting up call forwarding, you can also receive incoming calls from Hong Kong, and the caller ID will display your registered mobile number. The incoming call function is only applicable to users with Hong Kong mobile numbers.

6. Purchase data packages within the AIRSIM ROAM App using Visa / Mastercard / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay for direct payment. Purchase and Use Immediately.

7. AIRSIM is reusable. For your next trip, simply purchase a data package in the AIRSIM App to use the data service again.

8. The stored value in your AIRSIM card can be used to purchase data packages. You may keep the balance in your AIRSIM account. After the initial registration in the AIRSIM App, your AIRSIM account is valid for one year. Each time you purchase a data package, the validity of your AIRSIM will be automatically extended by one year.
