— Pickup and Return Info —
- Location: Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3
- Operating hours: 6:00am to 11:00pm, Daily
- Pick Up Information: Proceed to the international pre-departure area, after final security check beside Man Hann. Locate the booth with a “RENT A WIFI” sign and pick up your device (Present your voucher when you pick up the device)
- Return Information: Proceed to Arrival Bay 8, locate the BIG SKY drop box and return the device (Please pay for any extra days you rented the device)
- Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be charged to your credit card

- Late return fee: ₱500
- Loss or damage to Wi-Fi router: ₱4,000
- Loss or damage of manual: ₱200

Purchase Notice
- Present two (2) valid IDs to waive the security deposit
- 4G LTE Global Hotspot will be delivered 2–3 days before the trip date
- Delivery Option for Metro Manila excluding CaMaNaVa area is available via 3rd party courier which must be paid to the rider directly
- After the customer’s booking period (travel period) the customer must return/surrender the 4G LTE Global Hotspot. The courier will coordinate and pick up the device from the customer
- You will not be required to place a security deposit but your credit card will be charged if you do not return the hotspot
- In the event that the Customer or an authorized representative is not present at the delivery and/or at the pickup address indicated on the Booking Portal to receive the Device, a Delivery/Pickup No-Show Fee shall be charged to the customer

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
