【Nikko Shiwu (Sukiyaki / Kappo)】
Located in the Dancewood Japanese-themed park in Yilan, 'Nikko Shiwu Sukiyaki/Kappo' introduces a new Kanto-style sukiyaki. It is cooked with mirin, soy sauce, sake, and brown sugar, bringing out the original flavors of the meat and vegetables. You can choose between US boneless short rib or local Yilan Kamalan black pork shoulder. A quick dip in the sweet sauce and egg mixture creates a tender, savory delight.
