Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 151 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 91 to 150 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 61 to 90 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–60 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTA
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor. Espere de 2 a 5 días hábiles para procesar su solicitud de cancelación, tras lo cual se cobrará la tarifa de cancelación según la política del producto.
