Begin this historic day tour in Busan and visit one of the most celebrated temples in South Korea－Beomeosa Temple. It is also considered one of the most celebrated temples in the Yeongnam region. You can marvel at the three-story pagoda, pavilions, eleven hermitages and revel in the spectacular view of Geumjeongsan Mountain.

After the visit of temple, head to Geumjeongsanseong Fortress which was built in 1703, during the reign of King Sukjong. With a length of 17,377 meters and a height of 1.5 to 3 meters. Currently, there is only a 4 km long section remaining from the original form. The fortress was mostly destroyed during the Japanese occupation, but restoration began in 1972 and is continuing until now. Roam in the fortress and experience the trail from the ancient dynasty.

Next, set your foot into Dongnae-bu Dongheon building. As the former government office during the Joseon dynasty in 1392 to 1910, it was an important military and diplomacy center with majestic architectural style. As you tread along in the building, you will be able to get insight into the local sovereignty of Dongnae-bu.

Lastly, make way to Dongnaeeupseong Fortress to cap off this meaningful day tour. Built at the end of Goryeo dynasty, you can observe the city of Busan from the fortress and feel the fusion of ancient and modern architecture with most of the well-preserved walls and landforms.
