In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

The bus will depart on time, please be sure to abide by the boarding time. The company is not responsible for any lateness, please note.

No refund will be given if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.

Please note that bus seats cannot be assigned, smoking is prohibited, and there is no toilet on the bus.

Please be aware that the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic jams or bad weather.

Please note that the itinerary may change the duration and order of stops at various attractions depending on the weather and vehicle conditions.

Each passenger can bring one 24-inch suitcase. If you have large luggage, please note it in advance when placing your order. Thank you.

If the facility is suspended due to force majeure after the tour has started, a partial refund will be made. Since the admission fees of facilities included in the tour price are different from the posted prices of the facilities, we cannot refund the posted prices of the facilities.

Please note that guests with tattoos will be refused entry to the hot spring facilities.

Rokko Mountain ski rental clothing, shoes and equipment are not included in the fee. Please pay for it on site. Please be aware.

Depending on the actual number of applicants, we may use a minibus or car, and the driver may also serve as the tour leader. Please understand.

If you are unable to take public transportation due to a delay in your return trip, you will be responsible for all transportation costs, including taxi fares, and accommodation expenses.

Ski Equipment Rental includes: clothing, ski boots, skis, and ski poles. Not included: gloves, hat, and goggles (these are not available for rent and must be brought by the guest or purchased on-site).

All packages do not include admission to Arima Onsen’s Taiko no Yu; guests are required to pay on-site.

All ski packages cannot be exchanged for snowboard packages. Please be advised.

Ski course experience (2 hours) – each instructor can supervise up to 15 participants. Lessons are provided in Japanese only; a guide can assist with translation if needed.
