~What you can expect?~
Annapurna Poon Hill Sunrise starts with the scenic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, the gateway to Annapurna. Pokhara has beautiful Phewa lake and mountain views that can be seen from all around the city. As you reach Pokhara, the private vehicle along with guide and porter will meet you in the airport and drive to the Nayapul. Do a final shopping in Nayapul (if necessary) and start your trek. The trail leads along the Modi Khola (river), suspension bridges and few villages including Ulleri, Ghorepani for the overnight stay.
Ghorepani (2,874m) is the stopover point for Annapurna Poon Hill sunrise. Wake up early morning around 4 AM and gently climb/ascend 336 meters to the Poon Hill. The paths could be dark so make sure to use of flash lights. It takes approximately 45 min from Ghorepani to Poon Hill. On reaching 3,210m in a chill morning, the wind could make you unpleasantly cold. So, a good warm clothing and a hat is a must. There is a Poon Hill view tower for a better view. The sun then rises through east of Manaslu and passing the sun-rays one by one from the top highest i.e; Dhaulagiri I (8,167m), Annapurna I (8,091m) and so on. Enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and the Himalayas for an hour. Hike down to Ghorepani and trek back to the Nayapul where your Annapurna trekking ends. Drive to Pokhara by private vehicle and check-in to one fine 3 star hotel. Rest of the day is free. Enjoy the Lakeside walk, boating at Phewa Lakes in your own.
Fly back to Kathmandu and enjoy the extra day. Stroll around the Thamel for a good souvenir shopping. You can also do Kathmandu sightseeing on a request with a local guide. On day 6th, the tour ends as we farewell you to the final departure.
