- If you wish to take an afternoon flight, please make a request in the "Note" section when booking, otherwise, a morning flight will be arranged
- Please provide correct personal data and email (for flight tickets) when booking
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
- Once the flight tickets are booked, they cannot be returned or transferred. Please arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance. Travelers who miss their flights will not be refunded
- Children under the age of 2 can participate for free if they do not occupy a seat on a plane and throughout the tour
- Children aged 3–12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to accommodate weather and on-site conditions
- The attraction visiting time is subject to change, depending on weather conditions
- In the event of attraction cancellation due to adverse traffic/weather conditions or force majeure, the tour guide will arrange alternative attractions without prior notice
- The sighting of northern lights is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered to travelers who did not see northern lights due to adverse weather conditions
Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
In the event of itinerary changes or cancellations due to unforeseen reasons like weather or traffic, travelers will be informed one day prior to departure at 6:00 pm local time. If there is an emergency, arrangements will be made depending on the airline's ground staff
In the event of a flight cancellation due to force majeure or unexpected weather, reserved activities or items won't be refunded. It's recommended to have personal travel insurance before your trip. If a cancellation occurs, efforts will be made to secure an alternative flight on the same day
Please pay attention to the time of your flight. This tour cannot be changed or cancelled if you miss your flight
Please refer to your voucher for the actual meeting time and location. Meeting information is subject to change due to emergencies or other situations. Please keep an eye out for relevant information and refer to the latest meeting time and location
No refunds or compensation will be given to travelers who leave the tour halfway or miss it entirely due to personal reasons (such as lacking travel documents, arriving late, illness, accidents)

In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to injury or death, resolution will follow criteria set by relevant organizations like airlines, hotels, buses, and trains. The company and its staff are not liable for accidents

Travelers will view the northern lights consistently at the same campsite each night. The campsite is spacious, allowing travelers to move freely
The tour guide will be waiting at designated meeting point and time and holding a nameplate
