The bus will leave on time, please be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. If you are late for personal reasons and are unable to join the tour, no refund will be made. Please note.
The vehicle and model used will vary depending on the number of participants on the day. If there are fewer people, we will use a small car with a driver who is also a tour guide (Chinese). We will not be able to provide explanations when we get off the car, so please understand.
The sightseeing bus is a group trip, so please be sure to abide by the meeting time at each meeting point to avoid delaying the departure and itinerary arrangements of other passengers.
This product is a carpooling service. There will be other guests riding with you. You are not allowed to park at will outside the scenic spots.
Depending on the traffic conditions of the day, the end time may be delayed or other unexpected situations. Guests who are taking a flight on the same day are not recommended to participate in this trip. Our company does not assume any responsibility if it causes guests to be delayed in boarding their flight.
This tour does not include the boat cruise experience under the Takachiho Gorge. Passengers who wish to experience it should make their own reservations or ask about local facilities after arriving.
The sightseeing time is limited. If you cannot experience the cruise experience within the specified time, our company cannot be held responsible. Please try not to make an appointment for the experience project. Thank you for your cooperation.
You can choose not to follow the bus back to the departure point after the trip, but please inform us in advance in the remarks column; if you decide to do so on the spot, please sign the Chinese/English affidavit before leaving the group.

If the crater is unstable and cannot be visited, you will visit Kusasenri instead.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
