1. The campus is a teaching and living area. Dormitories, libraries, private lawns and classrooms are off-limits. You may not climb over fences or enter courtyards without permission.

2. Flash photography and videography are strictly prohibited in chapels and museums. Tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed indoors. Commercial photography must be reported to the school in advance.

3. Visitors are not allowed to touch the ancient stone walls, sculptures, antique furniture, or stained glass. Any damage to cultural relics will require full compensation from the visitor.

4. Maintain silence throughout the process, do not run or make noise to avoid disturbing students' classes or self-study; do not take photos of teachers and students on campus without permission.

5. In case of strong winds or heavy rain, the river will be temporarily closed to navigation, and punting will be cancelled; boats will depart on time, and latecomers will not be waited for.

6. The entire route involves a long hike on stone slabs, so be sure to wear non-slip flat shoes. High heels and thin-soled canvas shoes are not recommended.

7. It is windy along the Cambridge River, so always carry a light windproof jacket; the weather is changeable, so always carry an umbrella.

8. Meals are not included in the itinerary. Please bring your own drinking water and snacks, as prices in shops within the city are relatively high. Please prepare a small amount of British pounds in cash for personal expenses such as entrance fees and restroom use.

9. Drones are prohibited from flying in all colleges of Oxford and Cambridge and around the waterways.

3. Small group tours require 5 people to form a group, and large group tours require 20 people to form a group. If the number of participants does not reach the above-mentioned minimum number, the trip can be cancelled or rescheduled. Group bookings have already been discounted for group members; the price is the same regardless of the number of participants.

4. All tour participants must provide accurate identification information (ticket package only) and contact information, and keep them accessible so that customer service can promptly notify them of travel arrangements. If you miss your tour due to personal reasons preventing timely arrangements and communication, you will be solely responsible. Please check your email or other effective social media channels for timely order confirmations and tour departure information.

5. Transportation will be arranged based on the number of participants. For small groups and private tours, the driver will also act as the guide. For large groups of less than 20 people, the driver will also act as the guide. The driver/guide's main responsibility is to provide driving service, offering only basic explanations and directions at scenic spots. This may differ from a professional tour guide's explanations. Please understand this and consider carefully before booking!

6. As this is a group tour, the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 5 minutes to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary. If you do not appear within this time, it will be considered a forfeit of the tour, and the fee will not be refunded or rescheduled. You will bear the risk of absence due to personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Thank you for your understanding. Please strictly adhere to the meeting time specified by the driver/guide or tour guide (only for tours with a tour guide). If you fail to return to the meeting point at the agreed time, the group will continue to the next attraction, and you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. Please be aware of this.

7. Please bring a valid ID or passport for identity verification on the day of the event.

People using wheelchairs, pregnant women, people prone to motion sickness or seasickness, people with respiratory illnesses, people with infectious skin diseases, people with epilepsy, people with heart disease, people with high blood pressure, people with acrophobia, or other tourists who are not suitable for excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity.

9. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip. Seniors aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22-69 throughout the trip.

10. Unauthorized departure from the group is not permitted during the tour (except for free time). We apologize for any inconvenience. If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. Please confirm the departure time and take photos of the vehicle during the trip to avoid boarding the wrong bus or forgetting to board.

11. Please respect local customs and abide by the rules of the scenic area. When you are free to do so, please pay attention to your personal safety and the safety of your belongings. If you do not heed the advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.

12. This tour does not include insurance; all risks associated with participating in this tour are borne by the traveler. Please act with caution, pay attention to personal safety and safeguard your personal belongings, and take necessary precautions. The company and its employees are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage and will not provide refunds. When traveling abroad, please be sure to purchase personal travel insurance to ensure that your rights are protected by the insurance company in the event of personal accidents such as illness or loss of belongings.

13. Meals are not included in the one-day tour itinerary. It is recommended that you bring your own food and water. You may not be able to buy your favorite food during the tour, but hot food and drinks and foods with strong odors are not allowed in the vehicle.

14. The end time is subject to weather, traffic, and other factors. Please do not book flights, ships, or other similar tickets for the same day of your trip to avoid missing your flight or ship due to unforeseen circumstances. 15. It is not recommended to bring luggage on a day trip. If you do bring luggage, please inform customer service in advance of the quantity, size and other details. You may bring luggage only after confirming the cost or obtaining permission. For tours that include transportation, the driver and guide are not responsible for the belongings of the tour participants.

16. For trips including transportation, the driver/guide cannot arrange special seats. If necessary, please negotiate amicably with other passengers. If they refuse, please use the existing seats.
