You can install the eSIM before arriving at your destination, activate the package after arriving at your destination, and the usage date will start calculating.

An internet connection is required to install the eSIM. It is recommended that you use the free airport Wi-Fi to install it before departure or at your destination.

A QR code can only be scanned once with one mobile phone, and the device cannot be changed after binding.

Daily plan / Total plan: 24-hour system. After eSIM is activated, 24 hours is considered a day. (Users purchased a 3-day Internet plan and installed and activated it at 10:00 am on 9/1. This plan will end at 9:59 am on 9/4)

Valid for use within 90 days from the date of order placement, otherwise invalid.

Please remember to turn off data roaming on the original SIM card to avoid using the mobile network of the original SIM card and incurring high roaming charges.

Once installed, the eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled up to 10 times on the same device. The eSIM can be installed again within the validity period of the QR code (for an unactivated eSIM) or within the validity period of the package (for an activated eSIM). After the validity period has expired, it can no longer be installed.

If an error message is displayed after scanning, it does not mean that the eSIM is invalid. Please restart your phone and go to [Settings > Mobile Services] to check whether the eSIM has been added. Or contact customer service for assistance. Do not scan other QR Codes to install multiple eSIMs on one phone.

Please delete the description file for iPhone (check steps: Settings -> General -> Device Management, scroll to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means it is normal) to avoid problems with smooth use.

The quality of telecommunications networks varies from country to country. The geographical location and telecommunications construction of each country are also different. We are unable to request a refund due to signal conditions in a few areas. If you encounter a poor signal, you can manually switch telecom operators. To switch operators, go to Network Selection/Telecom Operator>Auto Close> and you will have different operators to choose from after searching.

In order to maintain the quality of Internet connections and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies around the world sometimes impose traffic restrictions on customers who use a large amount of Internet traffic in a short period of time, which may result in Internet access failure or slow Internet speed. To ensure that you can connect to the Internet normally, please try to avoid watching/downloading videos for a long time, updating software, sharing the Internet (hotspot) with others, or other usage behaviors that consume a lot of data.

If the eSIM plan is not fully used or the plan is deleted without the approval of customer service staff, it will not be reissued or refunded.

Check data usage: Click https://flow-consumer-center.billionconnect.com/usageq/kkdayota/en to jump to the query page. Real-time usage tracking is not supported. Roaming service providers' usage data updates are delayed by 1 hours. (For example: the data query at 10 am is the usage as of 9 am.)
