We pursue the most delicious way to eat our carefully selected lamb. Instead of the familiar Genghis Khan hotpot, we serve it on a grill! The excess fat and moisture drip off, bringing out the flavor of the lamb, and the smoke from the fallen fat smokes the meat, giving it an exquisite aroma. Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
