In all cases, cancellation fees equal to 100% of the booking fees will apply for 'no shows' on the departure date for the services
Supplier reserves the right to alter schedules, itineraries, published prices, and routes, and to substitute one vessel for another, or a different mode of transport, if considered necessary and without notice

Please note that in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA), no alcohol is permitted to be consumed on the vehicle
Please be aware that the venue reserves the right to exercise their discretion not to allow entry and/or not to serve individuals or groups alcohol and/or ask them to leave the premises
Swan Valley will refuse the boarding of intoxicated passengers (determined at Swan Valley’s sole discretion). Should any passenger be refused boarding onto the boat, that passenger will be responsible for their own transport home
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
