Experiential activities within Gwangmyeong Cave (e.g. gold mining, gold medal hanging, etc.) are considered personal consumption and are not included in travel expenses.
If you rent an electric bicycle in Jebu Island, it is for personal consumption and is not included in the travel cost. (Electric bicycle - paid, paid in 10-minute increments), Circular bus (free)
The basic departure number of each regiment is 2 people. If the number of people for each regiment is less than the basic departure number and you wish to depart as a private group, additional costs will be incurred.
Children under 3 years old are free of charge, but parking, admission, etc. are not included, so please indicate this in the remarks when ordering and provide supporting documentation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
