We strictly adhere to the scheduled reservation time. If you arrive too early, you may need to wait, and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be treated as a "no-show," which means no refund will be issued, and the program cannot proceed. Please be mindful of the time to ensure the best quality service for you and other clients.
Dress Code:
For the personal color diagnosis and body type styling, we recommend wearing clothes with a visible neckline, as tops with high collars may interfere with the assessment. For body type styling, we will need to touch your body directly, so please avoid wearing thick materials, shapewear, elastic leggings, or rough denim fabrics.
Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
