- Since the maintenance schedule for the Whistler Gondola has not been confirmed, any bookings affected by the maintenance period will have the pick-up time adjusted to 9:00 AM and the adult price revised to CA$210/child price revised to CA$186 since the tour is shortened. The price difference will be refunded to travelers accordingly. Once the schedule is finalized, the local tour operator will notify you as soon as possible
- Tour language available for Japanese or English. Please select the package with your preferred language when booking
- The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to accommodate weather and on-site conditions. If the tour guide decides an activity is too dangerous or inexecutable, alternative arrangements will be made for safety reasons. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
- The tour guide will arrange alternative attractions in the event of attraction cancellation due to adverse traffic or weather conditions or force majeure. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide will give travelers the itinerary including activity schedules and hotel pick-up times
- The return time is subject to change depending on traffic conditions. Please refrain from arranging activities and flights other than this tour to avoid delays
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)

- For safety reasons, travelers below 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour
