- An exclusive serial number will be provided after the order is completed (serial numbers will be given based on the number of people, for example: for three people, 3 serial numbers will be given). Please install the Kyushu FunPASS APP first.
- Enter the exclusive redemption serial number in the APP (one mobile phone can be bound to multiple serial numbers).
- After selecting the departure date (tickets/meals/discounts can be adjusted before being written off or before making a reservation) and entering the card user information, you can view the list of products included in the PASS and the usage regulations.
- Go to a partner attraction or store and bring the electronic voucher (QRcode) in the Kyushu FunPASS APP to the designated verification office. The service staff will verify it or scan it at the machine before use.

Reminders
The system does not provide the function of modifying orders. If you want to change the quantity, you need to return the ticket and reorder it.
If any product or gift in the package has been used after verification, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

If the ticket is only bound to the Fun Pass app and has not been booked, activated, or redeemed at any attraction, you can apply for a cancellation and refund. If the supplier confirms that the ticket has not been used or has been redeemed, the refund will be canceled for you.
