When installing eSIM, interrupting or exiting the installation program will cause the eSIM installation to fail, and eSIM cannot be reissued.
Installing eSIM requires a stable network connection (WiFi or mobile network). It is recommended to complete the installation before taking the flight and then turn it on after arriving at the destination.
The usage period of the eSIM will start to be calculated after it is installed. If you are taking a long-distance or overnight flight, it is recommended to purchase one more usage day and install the eSIM before taking the flight to get the best experience.
Please confirm that your device is suitable for eSIM before purchasing. This product is non-refundable after sending the eSIM QR code.

Before installing eSIM, make sure you are connected to a WiFi or mobile network that can use the Internet, and then scan the QR Code to join the mobile plan. eSIM can be installed in Taiwan first and then activated after arriving at the destination.
The eSIM is valid for 30 days, starting from the first day when the order is placed. Please use it within the validity period. If it is overdue, no refund or extension will be allowed.
A QRcode can only be scanned once with a mobile phone. After binding, the device cannot be changed or deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be rescanned and installed. You need to purchase it again. If you are prompted to contact the telecommunications provider or other prompts, please turn off the phone and restart it or contact us. customer service staff
Please save this QR Code. Once scanned, it will become invalid and cannot be reissued. Please install it according to the instructions. Do not jump out of the screen during the process to avoid misjudgment by the phone, causing the eSIM plan to be deleted or incorrect.
After placing the order, the voucher will be issued within 48 hours before the selected departure date. Please use it within 30 days after receipt, otherwise the voucher will be invalid.
Some mobile phones in China, Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM. Please confirm whether it can be used before purchasing. If the mobile phone model cannot be used, please do not place an order. It cannot be canceled.
How to Use
