The bus departs on time. Please be sure to arrive early as we cannot offer refunds if you miss the departure time on the day.
No refunds will be given after booking and departure.
Refunds will not be given even if the reason is a delay or cancellation of JR or flight service. Please note that we may be able to accommodate you on a subsequent flight if there are seats available on that day, but seat availability can only be confirmed on-site. If there are no seats available, you will not be able to board. The last flight departs New Chitose Airport at 4:30 PM, and you will not be able to board if you arrive after that time.
Please note that departure and arrival times may be delayed due to weather, road conditions, or other unavoidable reasons. We will not compensate for any accommodation or transportation costs incurred under such circumstances.
Seat reservations are not available.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
