Located in the famous ski region of Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture, HAKUBA VALLEY Hakuba Goryu Snow Resort consists of three unique snow zones with a total of 15 trails, offering a diverse range of terrain suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. It is mainly divided into the Alps Daira Zone, Toomi Zone, and Iimori Zone. A major highlight is the 5,000-meter-long trail that stretches from the summit to the base. Whether you are trying skiing for the first time or are a seasoned enthusiast, you can fully enjoy Hakuba's high-quality powder snow and a comfortable skiing experience here!

【Equipment Damage Liability Waiver】When renting equipment sets ① and ②, an additional damage insurance fee of 500 JPY per day per set must be paid on-site (Calculation method: ① + ② = 500 JPY + 500 JPY = 1000 JPY).
- Other ski accessories such as gloves, goggles, beanies, helmets, etc., are recommended to be brought by yourself or rented/purchased on-site.

【Booking to Arrival at Ski Resort】
The meeting and departure point for the bus is the Tokyo Marunouchi Kajibashi Parking Lot. Please refer to the itinerary for location details.

★After checking in at the meeting point, staff will provide you with the bus ticket and lift pass voucher. Please check that the details are correct before departure and keep them safe. If you have any questions, please contact our company.
★Depending on the number of participants, buses from other travel agencies providing ski services may be used. If this occurs, departure/return locations and times may be adjusted. You will be notified via email between 1 week and 1 day before departure. Thank you for your understanding.
・The bus will depart on time from the Tokyo meeting point. Please ensure you arrive early and do not be late.
・For all ski bus trips organized by our company (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus; do not leave anything behind.
・After the bus arrives at Hakuba47, please check your valuables before getting off.
・If you need to rent other equipment, you can do so at the rental shops within the ski resort (Reservations not possible).
・Please note that once rented, equipment cannot be exchanged, and you will need to pay again if you wish to re-rent after returning it.
・You can then proceed to Hakuba Goryu Snow Resort & Hakuba47 to enjoy skiing. Please exchange your voucher for a lift pass at the lift ticket counter at the resort.

During a group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you leave the group midway, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refunds will be given. Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point in advance. The bus will leave on time. If you are late, you will not be waiting, and you will not be able to join the tour midway.
Please note that ski clothing and ski suits are repetitive rental products and cannot be selected. They may not be the latest products.
If it is judged that the trip needs to be suspended due to insufficient snow in the area, in principle, notification will be given 2 days before departure, so please be informed.
In principle, as long as there is more than one ski slope in operation at the ski resort, the itinerary will continue. Of course, the itinerary may be suspended due to the condition of the ski slopes. Please be informed.
The use time of the cable car lift ticket redemption voucher is calculated from the start date of local accommodation, and does not include the night operation of the ski resort. If you need to change, please make a note when making an appointment and contact the company.
Some ski resorts will charge a deposit ranging from 500 to 1,000 yen when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it, so please be aware.
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given. Please be informed.
If there is a heavy snowstorm in the area on the day of return and the roads are blocked, our company will help you arrange accommodation or take a shuttle bus to the nearest train station, but all costs incurred will be at your own expense, please be informed.
Please be aware that participants must be 12 years of age or older to participate in this activity.
When registering for evening departures, please pay close attention to the departure date and time. Please note: the reservation date is the travel date; arrival at the ski resort is the following morning. Please confirm.
If you have special requirements such as smoking/non-smoking rooms or allergy-related needs, please make a note in advance. We can assist in inquiring whether they can be provided, but we cannot guarantee it. Please be aware of this.
Located in a mountainous area, the hotel's facilities may not be as comprehensive as those in city hotels. Some hotels may lack elevators, air conditioning, or have slightly outdated facilities. Your understanding and tolerance are appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
